This is a murky area, to say the least, as anyone who bothers to read up on this area - or indeed, reads the Soc Gen research notes I put on the noticeboard in the corridor. It is obvious that parts of the Chinese economy are slowing dramatically, but meanwhile, other areas appear to be thriving. However, also of interest is which other countries are likely to feel the negative effects of the slowdown:
